Shortly after the establishment of the Romanian Construction Designers Employers’ Association (PPC), another 37 companies joined the 40 founding members, together representing some of the strongest construction companies in the country.
PPC's mission is to promote and represent construction designers in Romania to public authorities and institutional partners, thus playing an essential role in promoting excellence and innovation in the field of construction design. Together with the other construction employers' associations, the organisation will complete the representation of designers within the Federation of Romanian Construction Employers' Associations (FPSC) "Each new company that joins us strengthens our voice to public authorities, beneficiaries and partners. We welcome our new members and announce publicly: the door of opportunities for the companies that join us is wide open", said PPC President Alexandru Fulga.
Membership benefits include significant advantages, with PPC being the representative and legitimate voice to government authorities and institutions. In this way, the Employer ensures that the interests and concerns of designers are heard and taken into account in the development of legislation and public policy. Patronage members also have the opportunity to join a network of industry professionals and experts, which will provide them with excellent networking, partnership and collaboration opportunities. They also benefit from professional training and continuous development programmes as the PPC provides access to seminars and workshops, keeping them up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

In addition, the PPC provides legal assistance and advice on work-related issues, helping its members to easily navigate the industry's legislative framework.
At the same time, the Employers' Association facilitates access for its members to an extensive library of resources, case studies, research and publications relevant to the field of design and architecture. All PPC members have the opportunity to directly influence the policies and development directions of the construction sector through active participation in the Employers' Association.
